BYU Chinese Language Fair
Welcome! The Department of Asian and Near Eastern Languages at Brigham Young University invites all Utah junior-high and high school students learning Chinese —grades 6-12— to attend the 2024 BYU Chinese Language Fair. Students can register for competitions and/or activities designed to help them learn and use Chinese.
Date and Time: April 18, 2024. 9:00 AM -12:00 PM
Location: Jesse Knight Building (JKB), Brigham Young University
Parking: School buses and chaperones’ cars can park, drop off, and pick up at the parking lot located east of the LaVell Edwards Stadium (LES). Parents can do quick drop-off and pick-up on the north side of the Jesse Knight Building (JKB).
Schedule (April 18):
- Students arrive and check in: 9:00 – 9:15am (1102 JKB)
- Events are scheduled between 9:15 and 11:20am
- Lunch: 11:20 – 11:45am (TNRB Atriums)
- Closing assembly: 11:45am – 12:00pm (251 TNRB)

All registrations will be submitted online and must be completed by March 30, 2024.
