There is a $5 nonrefundable fee per student to participate in the Chinese Language Fair. Please limit the number of participants to 15 from each school.
All registrations and payments will be submitted online and must be received by April 10. There will be no on-site registration, and no payments for food options will be taken after the registration deadline. Cash or check payments for either registration or food will not be accepted. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Students may choose a lunch option from Chick-fil-A, Subway, or Aloha Plate if desired. Lunch is optional, but please remember that students and teachers who do not choose to pay for lunch during registration will not have the opportunity to do so on the day of the fair.
The price for lunch is $7 and will include:
- Subway: 6″ sandwich (ham or turkey), bag of chips, chocolate chip cookie
- Chick-fil-A: Chick-fil-A sandwich, bag of chips, chocolate chip cookie
- Aloha Plate: Rice with chicken or pork
- Bottled water will also be provided
If students and teachers do not opt to pre-order lunch, they are asked not to leave the fair to buy lunch on campus. The Chinese Language Fair occurs during reading days for finals, and BYU students will be studying. We ask that you respect the structure of the fair and stay in the buildings where the activities are being held. BYU also cannot be responsible for students who leave the Language Fair to go elsewhere on campus. Teachers and other chaperones, please do your best to follow this rule so that we may continue to hold the Chinese Language Fair in the future. Teachers, parents, chaperones, and students are welcome to bring their own food to campus for lunch if they so choose.
